The first barge between Combined Cargo Terminals B.V. and DGT – Duisburg Gateway Terminal has officially departed from Moerdijk to the Ruhr area.

The collaboration between A2B-Online, WEC Lines, Tailwind Shipping Lines and Danser Group made it possible to set up a new inland shipping service between Duisburg and Moerdijk. With a fixed schedule between the two terminals, a new reliable service is available in intermodal transport. The dedicated vessel MS TRANQUILO sails three times a week between the port of Moerdijk and the Ruhr area in Germany.
